United-Tech,
Inc. has exclusive
rights to
establish
Distributors
and Licensees
in areas not
serviced by
United-Tech
companies.
In addition,
United-Tech,
Inc. has the
contractual
right to blend,
package and
warehouse
any Bio-Form,
LLC products.
