BZT® Xtra-Wet is a superior cleaner and wetting agent formulated to break the surface tension of water. It enhances the breakdown of oils and greases by increasing the moisture retention between the microbes and their targeted food source.

The United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the ingredients in BZT® Xtra-Wet for use in food processing facilities, on equipment, utensils, and on other food contact surfaces. Food & beverage departments and manufacturing plants worldwide have found BZT® Xtra-Wet to be the answer to removing excess grease residue on floors and on stainless steel surfaces, succeeding where previous attempts using various "degreaser" products had failed.

BZT® Xtra-Wet is also used in conjunction with other United-Tech, Inc. formulas to enhance the breakdown of oils and greases. For example, in an oily floor cleanup, BZT® Waste Digester and BZT® Xtra-Wet are mixed with water and applied as instructed. BZT® Xtra-Wet releases the oil and grease from the floor so that the active microbes and enzymes in BZT® Waste Digester can immediately begin to break down the oils and greases, thereby speeding up the total cleanup project. This action produces a harmless byproduct that can be easily mopped up within a short time. After the area is allowed to dry, the result is a perfectly clean, non-slippery floor.
