No Odors, No Sludge, No Grease Caps

A Rendering Plant with facilities nationwide faced numerous issues with its series of wastewater lagoons. Sludge build up had begun to take over the lagoons, decreasing capacity and putting regulatory limits in jeopardy. Local businesses and residents complained about the odors generating from the lagoons, and oil and grease caps had virtually taken over.

Within days of the initial seed applications, there was a dramatic decrease in the odors generating from the lagoons and the oil and grease cap had been taken under control.

Technical data shows there was an overall sludge reduction across all the lagoons of 45% after just 60 days!
