To Whom It May Concern:

We have been using United-Tech Indiana at our First Avenue store in Evansville, Indiana since
February of 2001. United-Tech Indiana has served our restaurant's drains and grease trap.

Since we began using the service, we have not had to have our grease trap pumped out or cleaned one single time, and the grease trap is in great shape. We have not experienced any odor with the sewer lines that previously had been a problem.

As an operator of a food service establishment, we not only had the high cost of grease disposal but we also had the added difficulty of finding someone to haul the byproduct off site. We have not had to worry about this since we have used United-Tech Indiana. And as responsible corporate citizens, we also no longer have to worry about the environmental impact the disposing of our grease would cause.

We intend to keep using the services of United-Tech Indiana at our First Avenue location.
